The tool super easy to use and makes more sense than what we had before. I was able to adjust the numbers and percentages to get a better idea of how everything works, and understand future planning a bit more. It helped me understand my ESOP balance in a way that finally clicked.

I think a lot of employees will feel more informed and probably more connected to the whole ownership side of things. It’s also really nice not having to wait for a once-a-year update or trying to decode Telescope. This gives us access anytime, and that alone is a big step forward.
